JSP & Associates brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience helping clients turn complex ideas into successful projects. Founded by Jack Pearson, our firm has worked across the country on a wide variety of projects — including luxury mountain homes, resorts, mid-rise office buildings, sports facilities, religious institutions, and military installations.

Over the past 18 years, Jack has built a reputation for managing challenging, high-performance, and high-profile projects in some of the most demanding environments. His specialties lie in high-altitude, luxury hospitality, residential, and commercial developments, with a strong focus on the Bozeman, Big Sky, and Jackson, Wyoming regions. These conditions require not only design expertise but also a deep understanding of how buildings perform in extreme weather, elevations, and terrain.

In addition, JSPA has trained professionals across the building industry. We have trained contractors, architects, developers, and federal agencies such as the U.S. Navy and the Army Corps of Engineers. Our trainings cover topics like building science, energy performance, air barriers, waterproofing, infrared thermography, and in-field testing during construction — all tools that aim to ensure buildings are functional, efficient, and built to last.
